DESCRIPTION:Guest Service Gold® prepares individuals for the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) exam. Recognized worldwide\, the CGSP® is the highest acknowledgement of guest service excellence for customer service professionals. The Guest Service Gold program features seven elements: Recovery: Turn it Around\, Personalization: Provide and Individualized Experience\, Knowledge: Be in the Know\, Passion: Inspire Others\, Commitment: Be All In\, Inclusion: Include Everyone\, Personality: Be Yourself. \nThe group training can be completed in four hours. Following that training\, the CGSP® exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions that must be answered within one hour. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 70% to earn the CGSP® designation.

SUMMARY:Vietnam Veterans Traveling Memorial Wall
DESCRIPTION:Vietnam Veterans of America Umpqua Valley Chapter 805 bring Memorial Traveling Wall to Tillamook. This memorial wall represents 957 names\, all Oregon veterans who died\, 708 in the Vietnam War and the rest in later military actions. The wall is designed to be like the Vietnam Veteran Memorial in Washington\, D.C.\, and travels around the state of Oregon. Tillamook Revitalization Association is sponsoring this Vietnam Memorial on May 26th and 27th at 2 Street Plaza from 10am-6pm. This would be in conjunction with Memorial Day Weekend.

SUMMARY:Read to a Dog Storytime at Garibaldi Branch Library
DESCRIPTION:Join us the last Friday of every month at 3:00 pm\, for fun activities and Read to a Dog Storytime.  In addition to regular weekly storytimes every Friday at 3:00 pm\, the library has partnered with Autism Anchor Dogs to bring the opportunity for kids to read to a dog on the last Friday of the month.  Reading to a dog can boost reading skills in children as well as help develop emotional and social skills.  Come join the fun!
