DESCRIPTION:ON-GOING SUMMER 2023 SERIES \nCommunity Sound Bowl Meditation Session at the Kiawanda Community Center in Pacific City\, OR.\nEveryone in the community is invited! \n*Arrive early (6:20pm) to get yourself setup and comfortable.\nIn this experience\, your job is to relax and let the sound from the crystal bowls travel within you via your ears and derma (skin) to places that need it. Crystal bowls have a way of unblocking stagnant energies and being a perfect way for our happiness to find a new pattern of existence within us. Just show up and bring whatever you want to get comfortable with for the session that is roughly 60min long. (Pillow\, blanket\, comfortable mat\, chair\, etc.) \n*A $10 offering is suggested at the door\, funds raised are shared with the KCC for the use of the room. \nSound Bowl Practitioner\, Kris Rooke\, is offering our community a way to experience the profound possibilities of what crystal sound bowls may offer in an easy to access and affordable manner. \nNot sure this kind of thing is for you?\nCall or text Kris with any questions: 425-894-4111.
