DESCRIPTION:This free\, in-person support group meets the second and fourth Thursday monthly\, excluding holidays. It is for adults who are struggling with difficult and unexpected emotions from shock\, anger\, disbelief\, guilt and sadness from grief. \nIf you or someone you know is struggling with challenging emotions such as shock\, anger\, disbelief\, guilt or sadness due to grief\, please consider joining this support program that meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month. \nAri Douglas\, a bereavement coordinator\, leads this in-person grief support group\, which meets twice a month.
