DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, June 16\, 2023 @ 6:30pm\, the Kiawanda Community Center will be “The Place To Be”\, for a 60 min. crystal bowl sound Bath\,\n*Arrive early to get yourself setup and comfortable.\n\nIn this experience\, your job is to relax and let the sound from the crystal bowls travel within you via your ears and derma (skin) to places that need it.  Crystal bowls have a way of unblocking stagnant energies and being a perfect way for our happiness to find a new pattern of existence within us. Just show up and bring whatever you want to get comfortable with for the session that is roughly 60min long. (Pillow\, blanket\, comfortable mat\, chair\, etc.)\nSound Bowl Practitioner\, Kris Rooke\, is offering our community a way to experience the profound possibilities of what crystal sound bowls may offer in an easy to access and affordable manner. \n*Not sure this kind of thing is for you? DESCRIPTION:Preschool storytime (PS) on Wed @ 10; developmentally appropriate for 3-5 yos; music\, stories\, interactive play and lots of laughs! In this class little begin to learn about a leader at the front of the room\, how to hold their wiggles\, listening and sitting still. When a child is transitioning from TT to PS my expectation is that they will sit for 5-10 minutes and then they might go play.
