You’ll also recieve a passport for when you head out on a self guided walking tour of Downtown Tillamook. At each stop you’ll be able to taste beers and wines from the Pacific Northwest and enjoy flavorful appetizers from local restaurants at a variety of exclusive downtown locations. \nWe can’t wait to see you there! DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for the first Saturday in June and get ready for non-stop fun on the Nehalem Bay! \nScheduled to coincide with Free Fishing Weekend\, the Crab Derby is a fundraising event for two local charities – the MuddNick Foundation of Manzanita\, OR – whose mission is to broaden the horizons of deserving children in greater Nehalem Bay and North Tillamook County and Animal Haven By The Sea Rescue in Nehalem\, OR – dedicated to helping animals that are lost\, in distress\, in need of a home\, food or medical attention and are the only animal rescue in North Tillamook County. Hosted by Kelly’s Brighton Marina\, this unique event is one of the favorite summer activites for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike! \nKelly’s Brighton Marina will release 26 tagged crabs on Saturday and a $10 per ticket entry fee is required to participate in the Crab Derby\, with proceeds from ticket sales going to the sponsored charities. All captured tagged crabs must be returned to the marina by 5:00pm and a drawing will be held to determine the top prize of $1\,000 cash. Live music\, games\, crafts\, many great vendors\, raffles\, and a wide array of prizes round out an exciting event that we hope will become an annual tradition for all who attend! \n… \nAn event of this magnitude is not possible without the generosity and support of the entire community. Volunteers\, gift basket items\, and donated prizes are always greatly appreciated. DESCRIPTION:The Tillamook County Pioneer Association is proud to celebrate their 90th Anniversary (1934-2024) – Building Community Through History. Join us to celebrate this achievement\, to continue to educate about our history and unite together\, sharing stories into the future. \nFrom May 1 – 31 there will be an exhibit on display at the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum guiding you on a journey through the past 90 years of our association. \nAlthough the exhibit opens on May 1st\, there will be a GRAND OPENING of the exhibit on Saturday\, May 4th  from 1 to 4 pm with board members to visit with and refreshments to enjoy. \nThere will also be this picture of the founding members. We can’t identify all the faces. Maybe you can help us identify your ancestors? \nFormation of Tillamook Pioneer Association\, May 25\, 1934\nThe association idea to preserve our Tillamook County history started at a birthday party for Rhoda Quick Johnson in 1934. Rhoda loved lemon pie so our refreshments will assuredly have a lemon theme! \nTCPA 90th Anniversary Celebration – May\, 2024 – Building Community Through History \n\nAll Pioneers should have received an invitation in the mail to the 90th Anniversary Exhibit\nAlong with the invitation you’ll also receive a “Golden Ticket”. Fill it out and bring it to the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum in May or to our Griffin-Butler Pioneer Building at the Tillamook County Fair in August for a chance to win one of three $50.00 Visa gift cards\n\nSaturday\, May 4th 1:00 – 4:00 we will have the Grand Opening Reception of the 90th Anniversary Exhibit at the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum. \n\n\n\n1:00 ~ Reception Begins\n1:15 ~ TCPA President Eric Simmons Welcome & Opening Remarks\n1:20 ~ Open mic for Pioneers to share memories of Past Pioneers\n1:30 ~ TBA\nThe rest of the time visiting\, viewing and enjoying the refreshments\n\n\n\nThe exhibit and more 90th Anniversary surprises at the Tillamook County Fair August 7 – 10\, too. \nWe hope to see you there!

All at Nestucca K-8 in Nestucca.\n\nYou must RSVP to have a resource table\, to attend the QPR (Question\, Persuade\, Refer) training (25 max participants)\, or share your story during the Survivor Storytelling event.
