DESCRIPTION:2023 Christmas Baskets Tillamook Ecumenical Community \nWhile it may seem premature to start planning for the Christmas holidays in October/November\, it is the ideal time. Many families and seniors struggle with financial insecurities during the holiday season\, and stress can become overwhelming for many individuals. We are dedicated to taking every possible measure to alleviate that stress and make the holiday season as enjoyable as possible.                                               \nThe Tillamook Ecumenical Community is organizing its annual Christmas Food Basket Program. By preparing for this event now\, our volunteers and providers will have sufficient time to shop for holiday meals and gifts for those in need.                                                      \nStarting October 23\, 2023\,  if you live in Oceanside\, Netarts\, or Tillamook\, we encourage you to apply for the Christmas Food Basket. The applications will be available at the CARE office located at 2310 1st St.\, Tillamook.  \nOnce completed\, the application must be returned to CARE\, INC. office by November 13\, 2023.   \nAre you interested in sponsoring one of the families? Our Christmas giving program depends on the generosity of sponsors and donors. In this class little begin to learn about a leader at the front of the room\, how to hold their wiggles\, listening and sitting still. When a child is transitioning from TT to PS my expectation is that they will sit for 5-10 minutes and then they might go play. I do not force them to sit still if they are not ready to. \nA couple of things about the children’s room that might set you at ease: \n\nThere is no expectation that it will be a quiet zone; kids are kids and they are allowed to act like themselves in the children’s room.\nOnly 2 hard and fast rules: No Running & No Screaming.\nIf your child needs a snack\, feed them!
