The gentle and healing sounds of the chakra aligned crystal bowls will play for you while you rest on your mat\, blanket\, pillow\, chair\, etc. All the while delivering soothing and cleansing vibrations through your body to set you up for a great night of sleep and a brighter outlook for the days ahead. All you do it show up!\nThe session is meant for all who are interested in this kind of non-invasive alignment for your energies. Feeling stuck? Looking at options and not sure what to choose? DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, June 16\, 2023 @ 6:30pm\, the Kiawanda Community Center will be “The Place To Be”\, for a 60 min. crystal bowl sound Bath\,\n*Arrive early to get yourself setup and comfortable.\n\nIn this experience\, your job is to relax and let the sound from the crystal bowls travel within you via your ears and derma (skin) to places that need it.  Crystal bowls have a way of unblocking stagnant energies and being a perfect way for our happiness to find a new pattern of existence within us. Just show up and bring whatever you want to get comfortable with for the session that is roughly 60min long.
